Joshua Ward was a pleasure to work with. We accidentally met at a house he was checking up on in Gulf Breeze, FL. as the realtor. Right then he open the house and allowed us to look around. We exchanged info and that day he became our realtor. That evening he reach out to get to know us better. He was patient and very responsive to our needs. Joshua gave gentle encouragement and logical advice. He was great about keeping in touch by telephone or text. Once we found a property Joshua walked us through all the steps and we made an offer that evening. After a few days of signing a contract he was able to get us into the house to have another look around and gave us all the time we needed. We thought we were being bothersome but he assured us that he was there to work for us that he was happy to help in any way he could. After the closing he contacted us more than once to make sure we were happy and all our questions and concerns had been met. We have bought and sold few houses over the years and this was by far the best experience. I’d recommend him and his team to everyone.

This was my first home purchase. Joshua was always available to call/text, and was extremely professional and punctual throughout the entire process.
