We could not be happier with the service Elaijuah and his staff provided throughout our purchase. I'm a former real estate attorney and this was not our "first rodeo" (my wife and I have had 12 other transactions over the years). As fate would have it, this purchase turned out to be much more complicated than we bargained for. Elaijuah kept things from coming apart and was a critical firewall between us and the builder/seller when things got heated. He remained professional and calm when everything else was frantic and complicated. I'd recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or seeing a home.

Josh and his team were awesome helping purchasing my first home. I couldn't be happier. Josh’s team was very thorough. Everyone was very patient with me. Every call or text was answered very quickly. A big help was having contact information for home inspectors, appraisers, as well as termite inspectors to choose from. Very easy to schedule by emailing or calling if you decide to use any of the references they send you. They do all the hard work for you. I would highly recommend using these guys. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. What impressed me was nobody was pushing anything on me. No pressure from anyone. That says a lot. I tried a couple other realtors and was very dissatisfied. Josh’s team handled every situation that came up very professionally. These guys know what they are doing. I never once got the impression that I was wasting my time with another realtor. Being patient with me was huge for me as a first time home buyer. Josh submits the offer you want to make and does an excellent job of explaining if that’s poor, ok, or great offer. Josh and his team are very easy to talk to. The whole experience was a lot easier than I anticipated and 100% is because of Josh and his team. Nobody ever gave the impression they were to busy to talk to me about any questions I may have had. If your looking for a realtor look no more. I’m very satisfied. I will defiantly use these guys again if I need to sell. I believe I met with Josh in June or July. One of the first questions was when am I looking to buy I said by the end of the year.
