Features include an indoor 35-meter lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with instructor-led wellness classes, a full-service spa with steam and sauna facilities, two infinity-edge outdoor pools, and a newly designed coastal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starbucks coffee, fresh smoothies, and multiple lounge areas enhance the resort atmosphere.

Outdoor amenities include five lighted Rubico clay tennis courts with professional instruction available, as well as Portofino Adventures, which offers dolphin cruises, sunset sails, and water taxi service aboard the resort’s private catamaran. Each tower also features its own pool, hot tub, and additional covered parking under trellis structures.

Portofino offers select short-term rental opportunities depending on tower and floor, supported by an on-site rental management company for owners seeking income potential. Owners may have up to two pets with no size restrictions, while rentals remain pet-free.
