Realty Gulf Coast
Mandy Horacek is a licensed Florida Realtor® and Pensacola local who brings an exceptionally rare combination of skills to every client relationship: 20 years of hands-on property management and real estate contracting experience, a decade of senior-level marketing leadership, and a deeply personal commitment to the communities she serves along the Florida Gulf Coast.
A University of West Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing, Mandy began her real estate career managing residential properties across Pensacola and Escambia County for nearly a decade before transitioning into a 10-year tenure as Director of Marketing for Huron Consulting Group’s Studer Education division, where she led cross-functional teams, managed multi-million dollar campaigns, and developed the kind of strategic, analytical thinking that translates directly into results for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Mandy is known among her clients and colleagues for her integrity, creative problem solving, and deep contract knowledge. As the wife of a licensed home inspector and builder contractor, she also brings an insider’s command of the inspection and repair process (one of the more stressful stages of any transaction) and guides clients through it with clarity and confidence. Before joining the Ward Group full time, she contracted with the team for almost a decade both as a marketing and brand consultant, systems developer, and a transaction coordinator. This experience made her expert in the step-by-step process from listing to offer to closing.
Her focus areas reflect both her expertise and her passion for this community. Mandy specializes in residential homes, investment properties in Pensacola’s most strategic rental markets, Escambia County’s redevelopment communities, and waterfront neighborhoods along Bayou Chico, Bayou Grande, and Bayou Texar. She works with rental investors who want to understand not just what a property costs today, but what it will return over time and how to position it for long-term performance.
Mandy believes homeownership should be accessible to the area’s residents, workers, and families who deserve to share in the economic growth reshaping this region. She also believes that property owners bear a responsibility to be good stewards of the ecosystems that make this coastline extraordinary. That conviction is reflected in her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and the Pensacola and Perdido Bay Estuary program, and in the way she practices real estate every day.
When she’s not working with clients or in the community, Mandy can be found golfing at one of the areas many golf courses, tending to her chickens, ducks, and bees, exploring Gulf Coast trails with her husband and their Golden Retriever, Rooster, or out on the many waterways of Pensacola and Gulf Breeze.
