Elaijuah Staten is a proud member of The Ward Group, Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast.
Originally from Chipley, FL, Elaijuah graduated from Chipley High School in 2017, earned an Associate of Arts degree from Chipola College in 2019, and went on to earn a BSBA in Administration/Management from the University of West Florida in 2021. In March 2025, he and his line brothers founded The Sigma Walk Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting bullied and underserved youth in Escambia County. His professional excellence has also been recognized—he received the ROTY (Rookie of the Year) Award from BROTEC in 2023.
Outside of real estate, Elaijuah enjoys working out, learning to golf, spending time with family and friends, reading, attending public events, and winding down with a good Netflix series or movie. A diehard Florida Gator fan, his deep love of sports has been with him since childhood.
Elaijuah’s passion for real estate comes from both his love for helping people and his strong interest in the industry. Whether it’s guiding a first-time buyer toward their dream home, helping a seller move on to their next chapter, or simply answering questions, he takes pride in being a resource clients can rely on. Every client has a story, and he values the trust he builds with each one. No matter the situation, Elaijuah is committed to going above and beyond—whether that means sharing knowledge, providing support, or even driving over an hour to meet someone in need.
As Kobe Bryant once said, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
