Brandon Pandes REALTOR®, is a Gulf Coast Real Estate Agent specializing
in residential, commercial and investment properties, and strives to provide his
clients with the highest level of service.
Brandon followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by
enlisting in the military. He proudly served for over 21 years in the
United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintainer, Emergency Manager,
Firefighter and First Sergeant. Throughout his career, his leadership
recognized his talent and unquestionable character. This resulted in
his advancement into trusted key leadership positions such as: Station
Captain, Battalion Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Flight Chief, Deployed
Fire Chief and was handpicked to be a trusted advisor to the
Commander-First Sergeant. He excelled even more in his new role as a
First Sergeant and was trusted with heading various committees and
holding council positions in which he was recognized twice with the
award of “The First Sergeant of the Year”. Although he has hung up the
uniform, he still epitomizes the Air Force Core Values: integrity first,
service before self and excellence in all we do.
After retiring in 2020, Brandon brings a unique set of skills to the
Ward Group. Due to his lifelong military affiliation, he is very aware
of the burden of relocating. He strives to create a memorable
experience by reducing the burden of relocating and providing first
class services.
Brandon was super professional, very informative, knowledgeable, and easy going. A perfect asset for finding the right home. He took in all the variables that needed to be considered for our personal needs/wants and worked diligently to sort though and find those perfect choices for us. Most importantly, he was more than a realtor for us, when we weren't at a showing.... he took the time to drive us around to acquaint us with the different parts of town, the local sites, and the little things new residents usually take months to find out and discover. He went way above and beyond anything that could be expected from a realtor. Really got to know us, what we were about, and shared his time, expertise, and local knowledge in such a way that we truly felt taken care of. Best experience I've had out of 5 home buying experiences by far.
Brandon was great! He worked with us through several negotiations/houses. Very responsive and went out of the way several times to ensure we got the answers we needed. In the end, we found the right place, and having completed the entire process from the other side of the world, it was relatively a smooth process.
Brandon was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process of finding and purchasing our new home. We had to purchase our home remotely and Brandon made the process seamless while showing us multiple options. Once we found the home we wanted he ensured everything went smoothly. Brandon was truly committed to helping us find what worked for our family and was a complete professional.
Brandon and his team did an amazing job helping us sell our home during a tough market. Even after we had to move out of state, Brandon went above and beyond to ensure our house remained cared for and always show ready! He provided weekly updates up until our house sold and we could not have asked for more in ensuring our home went to a buyer that would care for it as well as we could have continued to do.
